Linguine with Ricotta Meatballs

You know how some recipes say they are fast and then you think that whoever determined that was confused? This is not one of those recipes.

It is so easy and fast. Also, you can substitute other ground meat. I recommend ground turkey.

This recipe introduced us to the Dell'Amore marinara sauce. It is now a favorite. Also, I recommend using the full jar because more sauce is better than less sauce.

It's Italian- so break out the Chianti!
