The first time was not excellent, but this time it was fab. Super easy and excellent flavors.
I think the improvement was because he dredged in ginger paste, then flour, an then salted and peppered in the pan. I'm pretty sure the original order was to flour first. Lesson learned.
Also, he pounded the chicken to a uniform thickness and cut into similarly sized pieces.
The rice was Mahatma white basmati, with 2 t of sugar added and 1/2 t of vanilla.
Make sure to drizzle with honey- Publix Greenwise was in our house.
Make sure to enjoy with wine. Tonight we had Rodney Strong Merlot.
