I have not cooked for the greater part of 2 weeks because we have been on holiday. Before we embarked on a cruise out of San Juan to St. Thomas, St. Kitts, Aruba, and CuraƧao, we spent a couple of days in San Juan.
As it so happened, we flew First Class (read multiple beverages) and landed before dinner. We enjoyed a meal at Ruth's Chris and then too many cocktails on the terrace. Oh, the joys of the Intercontinental!
Also, T thought that Carlos Solis was at the restaurant. He was not, but I can see why he thought so.
The next night we found sushi- naturally. HAI!
So, after a week and more of eating and drinking like our pants do not have buttons, we have a renewed dedication to good behavior.
Tonight we (yes, this is a team effort) cooked Spaghetti Squash Lasagne with Spinach
This recipe is so delicious. That said, cutting spaghetti squash in half is a dangerous prospect. I need to see if I can get the grocer to do it. In any case, in pictures...
Of course, you need wine.
