Baked Rigatoni with Beef

I'm not sure that recipes get any easier than this one.

Baked Rigatoni with Beef

This was easy and tasty. I would say that it has a mild flavor profile, and I really enjoyed the "tomatoey" taste of it. It just felt clean. It would probably appeal to kids or any person who is "spice" averse.

Tony added oregano, basil, and crushed red pepper flakes.






































Enjoy with a nice Italian vino. I missed my opportunity to photograph the bottle.
