Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
Recipe
Says it serves 6-8 and 3 SPs. So, I'll calculate to see how it works out as I'm using a pound of 93/7 ground beef.

Steak Tips with Peppered Mushroom Gravy
Sounds good for a rainy night. This will be my first time around with the frozen egg noodles that I learned about from Pioneer Woman. So, I'm expecting great things with the noodles.

Baked Garlic Cheese Grits
People always ask for me to make this when they come to visit.
I recommend that you cube your cheese into small pieces so it melts easily.
Also, grate the cheese for the top. If you buy yellow/orange cheddar for the top because you were not specific when you wrote your grocery list (or for any other reason) it will still taste great.

Spinach Pesto Pasta with Chicken (and Kale) Sausage
Love this recipe. Double the sauce.
I make the sauce in my Bullet blender and just incorporate more Spinach as I can. Also, the first time I made this I put all the spinach in the sauce and did not save any for adding later. We liked it, so we have stuck with that method.
Finally Chicken (and Kale) Sausage is what T purchased at Publix this weekend. Heaven only knows why as he never likes kale. But the sausage does look good and surely the kale will make this extra healthy.

Sweet Potato Toast
I keep seeing posts about using sweet potatoes as toast. I tried it today.
Amazingly easy.
I made it in the toaster. Scrubbed my potato, sliced it into about 1/4 inch slices, and toasted on medium for about 5 minutes.
I topped it with wholly guacamole and Eggs over Easy.

Paleo Potato and Buffalo Chicken Casserole
I've looked into Whole 30 and well, just no. BUT, I do think that bringing in more whole foods as replacements for processed ones is a good idea. I just think you should enjoy them with a glass of wine, or beer, or martini. You get what I'm saying?
So, I will try this soon-ish.

I've been wanting to try something using cauliflower instead of rice or bread. But, I'm too lazy to "rice" the cauliflower. I noticed that Sprouts took care of this for me, so I bought some already rice and am going to try this.
